Landscape Installation Crew Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Heavy Lifting
- Leads a crew in the installation of large and small landscape projects
- Loading, unloading, and driving trucks
- Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
- Constructing hardscapes such as walkways, patios, and driveways
- Tracking materials and time used on landscape installation
Skill and Abilities:
- Self-motivated and hard working
- Experienced in Landscape installation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and jobs.
- Ability to make decisions and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage people
Working Conditions:
- Love working in a fast-paced environment.
- During the peak season is willing to work a six-day week with extended hours.
- Enjoy working outdoors in all conditions.
- Enjoys working closely with others to complete tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous landscape installation or design experience
- G class Ontario drivers license.
